Mcommerce: Mobile commerce, also known as “m-commerce”, is the use of wireless handheld devices like cellphones and tablets, to conduct commercial transactions online, including the purchase and sale of products, online banking and bill paying.
Omnichannel: Omnichannel, also spelled “omni-channel”, is a multichannel approach to sales that seeks to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience, whether they’re shopping online from a desktop or mobile device, by telephone, or in a brick-and-mortar store.
Hosting: E-commerce hosting covers a wide array of solutions and applications that assist businesses with selling their products on the World Wide Web. These services most typically include web page design, electronic storefronts and online catalogs, electronic shopping carts, the provision of financial transactions, customer order processing, and inventory management tools. E-commerce hosting may also involve EDI, which includes emails, faxes and business documents.
